Is this related to Ultimate Beastmaster?

Yes!  Ultimate Beastwear is owned and operated by the same team that produces the Netflix hit series Ultimate Beastmaster. This online shop is the official outlet for Beastmaster wearables.

Our design personnel is hard at work on several new products — much more coming soon!

Why don’t I see designs for my country?

You can be reassured that merchandise for any country featured on Ultimate Beastmaster Season 1 and Season 2 is currently being created and will be available on this shop in the near future!

Feel free to browse / purchase any item currently available — We’ll notify all our customers when new products are ready!

Shipping Information

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We  take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.

Over 95% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes!  For now Ultimate Beastwear doesn’t ship orders to Cuba, Iran, and North Korea. We ship internationally to all other countries!

Will I get my items in time for the Holidays?

Every item is manufactured and printed as you order it, we need time to create your items before shipping. If you’d like your orders to make it in time for the 2017 Holiday season, please review our Holiday Order Deadlines 2017

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept credit cards via Stripe, your private payment information is handled by Stripe. Your statement will display ULTIMATE BEASTWEAR for transactions with us.

You may safely save payment information to reuse in the future, all credit card details are stored by Stripe and not on our servers.

Are there other payment Methods available?

We are currently running beta tests for WeChat, Alipay, ApplePay, Paypal and a few others. We may add more payment methods to our checkout process in the near future.

Orders and Returns

Do I need an account to place an order?

An account is not required, you may checkout as a guest. However, we suggest that you when you place an order you do enable account creation. Having an account on our website will allow you to login and see a list of your orders and more.

Who can I contact for other questions?

If you don’t see an answer to your question on this page, you may send us a message. We’ll do our best to respond promptly, we do prioritize requests for customers who have placed orders.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

As soon as you submit an order, we send it immediately to manufacturing. Each order is a special custom order, therefore we cannot cancel items once submitted.

My package was lost or damaged…

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt if your products were damaged or incorrect, or within 14 days of estimated arrival if you believe your package was lost in transit (we can help with packages that shipped with tracking information.)
